I cannot say enough…We were semi-new travelers to overseas travel so we had many requests: tours, travel between towns, restaurants. All the bookings were wonderful and several hotels in our three-week trip to Italy upgraded us in some way or another. With a trip of that length there are bound to be snags. Courtney was literally available 24/7 for all types of resolutions for us despite the seven-hour time difference! She MADE our trip!
