We had the most seamless and magical Disneyland trip thanks to our incredible travel agent, Corinna—she handled every detail of coordinating multiple families and made staying on-site completely stress-free. She also managed to get us both a room upgrade to Club level on short notice after we changed our minds at the last minute. Corinna's not only deeply knowledgeable and well traveled, but also brings unmatched expertise in food allergies, which gave us total confidence and peace of mind. Beyond that, she’s genuinely kind and thoughtful, and it shows in every part of the experience she creates.

Working with Corinna, a Food Allergy Travel Advisor, completely changed the way we approach travel planning. With our unique combination of triple allergy needs, trying to research a safe and enjoyable vacation on our own had become overwhelming, exhausting, and honestly pretty frustrating. She went far beyond simply suggesting destinations. Corinna provided detailed research, thoughtful advice, and incredibly helpful tips for every stage of our trip. From recommending pre-stay hotels and identifying allergy-conscious restaurants nearby or on-site, to personally liaising with the cruise line to confirm food allergy protocols both onboard and during excursions—she covered everything. She even equipped us with checklists and reminders throughout the planning process, which made a huge difference.

No question was too small—she was always available, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we felt confident and informed. Because of her, we arrived for our trip feeling calm, prepared, and excited instead of drained from doing endless research ourselves.

Our 7-day cruise on Royal Caribbean’s Star of the Seas was phenomenal. There were so many activities, amenities, and incredible shows—but what mattered most to us was how safe and comfortable we felt with the food. Every meal was handled with care, and the wait staff went above and beyond for us three times a day. We had packed plenty of emergency backup snacks for Ariana just in case, and we barely needed to touch them—that says everything.

Corinna is super attentive and invested in ensuring your vacation is enjoyable and safe. My son has multiple food allergies and she was there every step of the way to ensure all my questions got answered and I was prepared to navigate his eating journey. She was quick to respond to emails and we couldn’t have asked for a better travel assistant as we embarked on our first vacation with our kids.

From start to finish Corinna Mecklborg was great to deal with. She took the time to explore different options for my family's needs. She took the time to take our multiple allergy into consideration and found us a great place. Even after we book we had lots of questions and she was able to answer they in a timely manner. After having been diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder which is now entirely controlled by diet, I have not particularly safe traveling anywhere given how strict the diet can be. For years I had largely given up hope of traveling outside of the US given the obvious challenges of maintaining a consistent nutritional protocol. On a lark, I decided to look online if there were allergy-friendly travel agents that could help us locate a resort, a hotel, something within the Caribbean that we would be able to find some semblance of food safety. I found Corinna and after a relatively quick introduction she went to work and very quickly found a resort that entirely met our needs. She was responsive, she was understanding and empathetic (having gone through this herself with her family and having helped so many others) and within a handful of weeks we were enjoying a beach vacation in the Caribbean... one I thought was a bridge too far.

Even while we were at the resort, Corinna continued to communicate with us to see how things were going. She gave us great tips prior to leaving (food allergy cards were very useful) and if the opportunity presents itself again we will absolutely use Corinna for future travel. Thank you!
