Colette was the star of our entire travel experience. When an unexpected weather event forced us to completely rethink our Hawaii trip just one week before departure, she stepped in without missing a beat. She navigated the rebooking process seamlessly, adjusting our travel dates and securing a credit for a future Hawaii trip. Colette turned what could have been an overwhelming situation into a manageable one.

Honestly, I can't imagine handling that kind of last-minute overhaul without her. Colette's expertise and calm guidance made all the difference. We're already looking forward to working with her again when we make it to Hawaii later this year!

Colette has luxury travel completely figured out and I will only use her for my travel needs. Colette was super friendly and thought of absolutely everything from travel to and from the airport, accommodations, and tours. I would have never found the absolutely amazing hotel we stayed in without her! She even gave us special advice about the things we were most interested in.
