We had an exceptional travel expérience during the three weeks we spent in Brazil. This is the first time ever all our wishes, expectations were fully taken into account. You took the time to listen to us (we had so many video-conferences !), you came back to us with so many options in different Countries that we could hardly decide where to go. And from the beginning to the end of our journey you always kept in touch to make sure our local experience was in line with our wishes. We will always remember the excellent guides, the special gifts, your kind messages in the bedrooms in each hotel, the incredible selections of each place you allowed us to discover ! I agree with Ana, from now on we will always count on you for the planning of our future holidays. Thank you so much for everything. Thierry.

Chère Colette, je tiens à te remercier du fond du coeur pour tout ce que tuas fait pour organiser mon voyage en Gréce et , plus particulièrement, mon week-end d'anniversaire à Athènes. Grace à toi, tout était parfaitement orchestré, chaque recommandation était excellente et, malgré mon exigence (et mon impatience), tu as su gérer avec brio. Ce qui me touche particulièrement, c'est que tu as pris soin de tout alors que , personnellement, tu traversais une periode difficile avec la maladie de ta Maman. Malgré tout, tu es restée présente et connectée pour t'assurer que tout se déroulait au mieux. Cela démontre non seulement ton professionnalisme, mais aussi ta générosité et ton engagement sincère envers les autres. Je t'adresse toute mon affection et ma gratitude. Before the travel, Colette was dedicated to collect all our wishes for visiting Brazil. During our different travel location we discover that our needs were understood and delivered by dedicated guides in our understanding languages. The 3 visited Brazilian towns left us unforgettable souvenirs because of Colette implications before and during our travel.
