Cody is simply the best! He found us the perfect bed and breakfast. I’m so impressed with his level of expertise and professionalism. I will definitely use him again.

I must express my appreciation for our outstanding travel agent. He took care of every little detail for us before we even asked for it. There were so many details he took care of that we would have never thought about. He even gave me a list of things that I might want to take. He checked in with me a few times to make sure I was ready for the trip. I’ve never seen that in a travel agent before. Your cruise line is definitely very, very fortunate to have this travel agent representing your operation. One example of his over the top service is actively helping me with the recovery of my original birth certificate which on February 16 of this year, will be 65 years old. I left it on one of the shelves over the desk in our cabin. It was in an envelope that my awesome mother had written on that read, “don’t lose this, it’s a little tattered, so put it in a safe place.“ There are 3 pieces of meticulously placed tape on the back of it that are now yellowed with age. Although this sounds like no big deal, it was one of the most important things I had left of her. I called Cody, and he took immediate action in contacting the appropriate parties to help in recovering it. He has called me and texted me on several occasions just to encourage me and to let me know that he will do everything he can to get it back to me. That’s over and above outstanding service. If you have any accommodations or awards for spectacular service, he definitely deserves one. Again he is the best and most brilliant travel agent I have ever known. Take care of him.

If I could rate my experience with Cody as my booking agent a 6 out of 5 I would. He gets a 5 out of 5 stars. Having our needs met when we travel is so important and our experience was elite. I will definitely have Cody do our trips in the future and I highly recommend him for any travel needs.
