We couldn’t have been happier with the work Clémentine did organizing our trip. From the very beginning, everything was thoughtfully planned, flawlessly coordinated, and carefully tailored to our needs - including traveling with my mum, who is 71 years young.

The itinerary through Rwanda and Kenya was exceptional: well paced, diverse, and incredibly detailed. From gorilla and chimp trekking to safari to the beach, we had a wonderful and relaxed time. Clem was especially attentive to comfort and accommodation choices, ensuring my mother could fully enjoy the experience. Every transfer, lodge, activity, and permit was seamlessly arranged, allowing us to relax without worrying about logistics.

What really stood out was her professionalism and care. Communication was clear and timely, recommendations were spot-on, and contingencies were clearly thought through. It was obvious that real expertise, local knowledge, and personal attention went into designing a trip that worked beautifully for travelers of different ages.

Tout était parfaitement organisé jusqu’à notre arrivée pour un accueil privilégié l’hôtel judicieusement choisi par Clémentine allié confort qualité et expérience client incomparable avec chambre confortable petits déjeuners qualitatifs et copieux et en prime 100 dollars à dépenser à notre convenance l’hôtel si bien situé que tout VIENNE historique pouvait être découvert à pied si proche du merveilleux BELVÉDÈRE et de son musée si riche, les métros nous menant à Shonbrun… moment de détente sur le roof top bref un we magique Hôtel HOXTON À RECOMMANDER pour un rapport qualité prix incomparable. Merci mille fois!

Afin d’organiser notre magnifique voyage de noce, nous avons eu grâce a une amie (qui avait vécu une expérience parfaite), le contact de Clémentine qui a de suite cerné ce qu’on voulait :

• une partie safari un peu plus roots en gardant le côté Wahou de chaque lodge, un game driver qui parle très bien français et des activités qui rythment le séjour avec un itinéraire au top. -une partie relax à Zanzibar avec des hôtels impressionnants pour se retrouver et profiter en amoureux aux quatre coins de l’île. Clementine nous a détaillé toutes les excursions proposées sur l’île à faire ou non. Tous ses conseils sont très précieux. Nous avons passé une lune de miel qui a dépassé nos attentes.
