Girls' Weekend in NOLA
There's no other place like New Orleans within the U.S. The city feels like a getaway, but is a domestic and welcome escape. There’s such an amazing personality to NOLA — the colorfulness, the energy and the vibe make it such a special destination.

Zemi Beach House Trip Report
I stayed at Zemi Beach House in Anguilla and have been meaning to share my notes! It's one of the five main resorts on Anguilla, but the only one set on Shoal Bay, which is the opposite side of the island from the other big ones (Four Seasons, Malliouhana, Aurora and Cap Juluca). It's about a 20-30 min taxi ride to get to those other spots and the bars/restaurants on that part of the island.

Navigating From the Rainforest to the Beach in Belize
Belize is a small country with diverse experiences and proud, friendly people. Split your time between the inland rainforest and the beach. Many of the resorts in the country are super eco-friendly, avoiding plastic, growing their own organic produce and respecting the earth that makes Belize such a special destination. Resorts are stylish and comfortable but can be rustic, without A/C or TVs.

The Perfect 7-Day Itinerary for Scotland
The natural beauty of Scotland is amazing, and especially in the fall, it has this lovely moody feel to it. Scotland is one of those destinations that makes you appreciate all of the seasons; even the rain is beautiful.

Provence with Kids
When you’re traveling to the south of France with young kids, it’s important to find a casual destination and avoid some of the higher-end locales that don’t feel so kid-friendly. I recommend staying outside of mainstream towns and choosing more off-the-beaten-path destinations; they are more relaxed and in turn, authentically Provençal. Var, just east of Aix-en-Provence, is one of my favorite regions. Some towns to consider are Cotignac, Entrecasteaux, Correns, and Sillans-la-Cascade. If you want to learn more about each region, reach out to me and let’s chat to find what's best suited for you and your family’s travel style.
