My travel gladiator does it once again!

This rounds chaos came in the form of a wild fire located too close to my original trips lodging in Big Sur. With just a days notice of Post Ranch Inns abrupt evacuation and ceasing of operation, and within days of my trip departure, Clara had given me more options, made the appropriate calls, switched my flight, and booked my private transfer to and from the airport. Clara is exactly who she thinks she is!!!! If this trip were in my hands, I’d just throw in the towel and continue to burn out at home and work. But Clara has proven she’s not afraid of a little pressure. It’s on brand for her to be a step ahead of the game at all times. Even with my casual mention of not being super pleased with the quality of one of the dishes I got from the restaurant, I had an email that evening from a manager apologizing for it, taking it off of my bill, and making himself available for any other dissatisfactions I had (which were 0 because the property exceeded my expectations!)

Me saying I’m obsessed with Clara and the terrific work she’s put in for me would be an understatement. I’m already mentally preparing to start organizing my first overseas trip with my husband with her for next year!

Clara is the epitome of customer service and the consummate professional. She is the best listener I've encountered in a long time. Oh captain, my captain! If it wasn’t for Clara, I would have found myself navigating a literal storm and looking for different accommodations while dealing with a stomach bug during a hurricane in a city I’ve never been to before. Clara championed for me during my whole stay, and even after! It’s one thing to do the work of finding accommodations, it’s another to be boots on the ground fixing problems in the background! Clara has gained my business moving forward with all travel because I learned the importance of having someone in your corner when you’re already juggling other aspects of your trip. She was the silver lining of my whole stay!
