It has been MANY years since I have traveled using an agent. In the past several years, it seemed like the thing to do is spend your own time researching and planning what you feel might be the 'perfect vacation'. Well, those days are over! Claire planned everything we wanted to do within our requested budget, and it was completely stress free! Simply show up where and when the itinerary says and just enjoy yourself. Due to my own oversight I had to make a major change to the plans before we arrived, and she fixed it easily. I plan on using her for an upcoming trip to Italy next!

Claire Lipton is a wonderful travel agent! She took all our dreams and requests for our mother/daughter trip to Paris and made them a reality. She even worked to get us airline vouchers when the plane was delayed. She made everything so easy - she planned out details of things I would never think about including driving services too and from the airport and early checkin and breakfast. We had a wonderful trip thanks to her detailed planning and communication!
