Claire is absolutely amazing!! Not only she was able to book everything seamlessly..taking under consideration my budget, but she was also "truly there" for my kids and I during a challenging situation of our plane being rerouted and ensuring our transfer from the airport to the resort. She made us feel safe and that's priceless!!

Claire was amazing to work with for my honeymoon. She gave me numerous options and promptly answered questions I had over my trip across several months leading up to my trip. She booked the lodging, most excursions, transportation, and flights. Very easy to work with and good pricing. Will definitely reach out for future trip needs.

Finding Claire was one of the best and easiest decisions I made in regards to my wedding and honeymoon. This isn't relevant to everyone, but as two vegans, finding a travel agent who is also a vegan and really understands how challenging that may be while traveling really makes a world of difference. We had full confidence in Claire's ability to find us a resort that could expertly accommodate our dietary restrictions and she really delivered. There was a lot up in the air with ongoing hotel construction updates about 4-6 weeks before we planned to travel and Claire was happy to take care of all of the communication with the resort about it, updating me along the way. She really made our first experience using a travel agent worthwhile, and we'll definitely be looking forward to using her services again for future travel.

I visited The Springs for a three-night stay this August (2024), celebrating my husband’s birthday. The resort is absolutely unparalleled in terms of service and attention to detail as well as property amenities, variety of hot springs and premiere volcano-view location. It was one of the most special resort stays I have ever experienced and I hope to visit again many times in the future.
