About

I have a bucket list that mostly consists of restaurants I want to try. My simple pleasures include Bravo shows, chicken fingers, the dance floor at a wedding and spicy margs.

Home airports

DEN – always asking myself why this airport is so far away.

My travel style

I plan my travel around the restaurants I want to try, and I often have to extend my trips – there aren't enough meals in a weekend! My focus is on building my itineraries around unique experiences, like designing a custom cowboy hat at the base of the mountain in Aspen or learning to make traditional tzatziki on the beach in Santorini. It is important to me to build relationships with the locals. This is how I step outside the traditional tourist spots and curate what feels like a VIP experience – whether it is at a Michelin star restaurant or a roadside bratwurst stand.

Favorite hotels

Recently returned from:

  • Honky tonk hopping in Nashville.

  • Cross country skiing in Aspen.

  • Sipping on rum punch in Jamaica.

  • Deep sea fishing and learning how to cook our catch of the day on the Big Island in Hawaii.

Dreaming of:

  • Sampling all of the street food in Singapore.

  • Driving down the coast of California in a convertible.

  • Wine tasting in Argentina.

  • Auditioning for Yellowstone in Montana.

What’s one thing you can’t travel without?

A good book to read on the beach, poolside, at a cafe or next to a fire.

Two truths, one lie:

  1. My dad was interrogated at a Chelsea F.C. football game in London for accidentally buying illegal tickets.

  2. I snacked on calamari fritto and rose next to Rod Stewart in Portofino.

  3. I once boarded the wrong train and ended up in Amsterdam instead of Brussels.
