Our Story

Curator of escapes with flavor and flair for foodies and explorers. Lover of staycations, big adventures, three teens, two rescue pups, and one hilarious husband who makes life a trip.

Based in Laguna Hills, CA—right in the heart of The OC, where every day feels a little like vacation—and I help others find that too.

Travel Style

My travel style is laid-back luxury with a local twist—think boutique stays, bold flavors, and meaningful moments close to home or far from ordinary. I plan trips like I plan a great party—thoughtfully, with good taste, a little flair, and always room for a surprise. Whether it’s a chill California staycation, a wine-filled weekend, or a big adventure, I’m all about making it effortless, personal, and totally you. I’ve got the hookups, the hidden gems, and the kind of travel energy that says, “Let’s make this trip so worth it.”

travel to Tokyo

We started planning this trip to Tokyo, Kyoto, and Bali a long time ago, and Christy has been a fantastic help throughout the many iterations! She has been quick to respond to questions, made changes easily as needed, and was kind enough to arrange small celebrations for our two birthdays during the trip. Our particular issue was that we were a group of 10 (ages 7 to 82) which would have been difficult to navigate through Tokyo and Kyoto if we were to rely on public transportation! She was very helpful in all respects, and connected us with FORA and DISCOVA who were the local agents that provided transportation (mainly by van), admission and transportation tickets (e.g. Shinkansen, Kyoto to Osaka for flights to Bali) and guided excursions. In Tokyo and Kyoto we mostly took subway/trains with local guides, which would have been very confusing and difficult for the 10 of us without help, and was much faster than a van due to traffic. In Bali, we had an excellent guide from airport to airport for the week; Dika was one of the best guides we have ever had: accommodating, flexible, fun and helpful in all respects. With Christy's help we all had a fantastic trip!

We had such a fun time working with Christy! She agreed to help us plan our European trip last minute and was able to find great recommendations and accommodations for us. She helped us with our flights when there were unexpected delays and cancellations and found the cutest hotels for us to stay in. At each hotel was a cute little treat and postcard for our kids which was such a nice welcome and start to each new stay. Christy was available when we needed her and replied promptly with answers. We would definitely recommend working with her for your next travel adventure! She is so nice and easy to talk to and helpful!

Christy was incredible!! We were so happy with how thorough she was with her recommendations and knowing what would be best for our honeymoon. I absolutely loved how detailed and beautiful the presentation was for our itinerary. She also kept in regular communication to make sure our needs were being met and to remind us of things coming up. When we first arrived at the room, I was so touched by finding charcuterie, champagne, and a frame with our wedding picture. It’s obvious she really cares about her clients, and anyone would be so lucky to have her as their travel advisor!
