We were very happy and satisfied with the service that Christy provided. She asked all of the right questions and understood how we liked to travel and designed a package for us. Christy sent out reminders and helped us all the way through the trip. We had one cancellation due to weather and a hiccup with a reputable transportation company and Chrisy immediately made sure that we received total refunds. She provided complete peace of mind and we will be using her services in the future.

Being a fairly inexperienced traveler, I felt that Christy Hierholzer asked the right questions of me regarding budget, travel preferences, my likes and dislikes, and she gave many wonderful suggestions on where to go, what to see, what to avoid, et cetera.
