I recently booked a trip with Christopher Jones as my travel advisor, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I needed flights, a rental car, and a hotel, and he handled every part of the planning with true concierge-level service.
When my original flight was unexpectedly canceled, Chris immediately stepped in and rebooked me on a new flight with almost identical departure and arrival times—before I even had time to stress about it. He also resolved an issue with the rental car company, who had overcharged me at pickup. Not only did he get the bill corrected, but he secured an additional discount for the inconvenience, and everything was fixed within two days of returning home.
The hotel was far beyond what I expected—beautiful room, great location, and extra perks I wouldn’t have received if I booked on my own. Chris handled everything behind the scenes so my trip felt seamless, and I was able to simply enjoy it instead of dealing with travel logistics.
