You can usually find me high in the mountains breathing in the fresh air as I show gratitude for the natural beauty around me. When I come down from my mountain excursions, I enjoy a cold, refreshing glass of homemade pineapple water to rehydrate my body and mind. I always enjoy trying exciting and new adventures from snorkeling in the Pacific Ocean, hiking into the sky at Angels Landing in Zion National Park or parasailing in the Florida Keys.
