Chris helped my sister and I plan a last minute trip to Naples and Rome. She gave us the five-star treatment and understood the boutique type of hotel experience we were looking for. She was determined to find us the right hotel and was so patient. Her recommendations were spot on, and she nailed the vibe we were hoping for.
