Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with helping plan our stay in Milan. She also helped us plan Switzerland which was the majority of our 12-night trip. We started with the DIY service, but upgraded to full service as we realized the value she added. It is clear that Chris cares a lot about her clients. The service was personalized and the itinerary was customized with great detail. Chris was fully invested in helping make it the experience we were looking for. She made herself available when we had questions or needed assistance, and kept us on track for important planning milestones, such as booking hotels and activities early, and booking specialty train experiences. Our trip was wonderful, due in no small part to Chris’ guidance and expertise!
