Christina assisted four of us in putting together a magical trip to Budapest. She gave us a few choice options highlighting key things we asked for. The Marriott Budapest was the perfect choice as we loved the openness. Location on the Danube with spectacular views and the rooftop bar. A bonus was the upgrade Christina got for us to Concierge level. She set us up with an outstanding tour guide for our first full day. We also loved our cooking class. Best of all was the level of service Christina provided. She checked in everyday in spite of the time change. She recommends the TripIt app which made accessing our itinerary a breeze. I am using Christina for two other trips in 2026. Thats how fantastic she is!

Working with Christina was an exceptional experience. She listened to our ideas, provided additional suggestions and made changes when necessary. The train kept changing their schedule and she adjusted our tickets each time. Two small bottles of wine and some cheeses greeted us in our room, so we skipped lunch and went straight to site seeing. Very thoughtful! We enjoyed all the tours she scheduled for us. We will use her again for future trips.
