Will definitely be booking with Chris again. All questions were answered in a timely manner, and he provided clear boarding and disembarking instructions to save time. Recommendations on drink packages and excursions were excellent, and added to the overall experience on the cruise.

Chris was amazing! He took over all the coordination of booking 14 people traveling from four places with the most suitable cabins for a variety of needs. Chris encouraged questions from our many guests and responded in a timely fashion. As a frequent cruiser, Chris was able to make appropriate recommendations about dining choices, excursions, entertainment offerings, etc.
Chris followed our booking process from the first day of making our reservations throughout the many months until sailing date, reminding us of any deadlines and checking in to see how our planning was going and assured me that he would happily take care of any unforeseen issues that might arise. What a relief for an 81 year old grandma who was trying to coordinate this trip!
