Chris is very easy to work with and very efficient in all he does. He always seems to go the extra mile to answer any questions I may have. If he doesn’t know the answer, he will work hard to find it.

Chris was the best from our first contact with him and throughout the cruise. He listened to our needs and offered suggestions to make our cruise even better. He is prompt in his answers to our questions. We plan to use him for all our future travels and have recommended him to other family and friends.

Chris saved the day. After learning what I liked and didn’t like about cruises he recommended booking access to the thermal spa suite which gave us a private oasis while on board and was phenomenal. I’m sure without this access we would have had a far less enjoyable cruise. This kind of inside knowledge was especially valuable for new cruisers.

First of all, this was my very first cruise, and I have to say that the experience was wonderful. Our agent, Chris Legoullon, was absolutely fantastic.
