I'm obsessed with exploring off-the-beaten path spots around the world while immersing myself in local food and culture. Learning about community and becoming a place in that community, even for a short amount of time is one of my most fulfilling goals. I believe people, their culture and the connection with eating locally can open your mind and heart to things you never believed were imaginable.
