She made this stay very special for us. We were in Barcelona for a Formula 1 race plus our honeymoon. She knew that and left us notes and a racecar-themed dessert in the room. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness are very touching, which definitely made our honeymoon even better. She did a lot of research in getting us what we wanted for our stay, namely, being centrally located in the heart of Barcelona, having great restaurants around us, and public transportation easy to get to. The hotel she picked for us literally had everything! We couldn’t be more impressed and happy for where we stayed. I highly recommend Chip as your travel advisor as she listens to every concern we have and take notes. Her thoughtfulness made her the best regarding picking the best plan for your travels. Thank you Chip for making us feel extra special on our honeymoon.

Ms. Pham made us feel like a VIP. She finds out what we are looking for and made booking super efficient and easy. We love the pre-arrival prep she gave us, to make sure we have what we need for the stay. We also love the welcome drinks and thoughtful cards she prepared upon arrival. Ms. Pham will definitely be our booking/travel agent going forward.
