I'm a Philadelphia-based travel planner with a passion for creating unforgettable journeys. While my heart beats for the vibrant energy of a fast-paced city, I’m always dreaming of the rolling hills of Tuscany and the perfect Aperol Spritz at golden hour. I'm the mom to two girls—one human baby and one fur baby—and I cherish making memories with my little family whenever I can. It’s truly an honor for me to plan travel for my clients. I specialize in crafting personalized experiences that leave lasting memories—whether it's a romantic escape, a cultural deep-dive, or a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. My goal? To turn every trip into a story worth telling.
Travel Style
My travel style is all about blending thoughtful planning with meaningful experiences. I love creating itineraries that balance iconic sights with hidden gems, and I always look for ways to add a personal touch—whether that’s a scenic driving route, a tucked-away wine bar, or a perfectly placed hotel. There’s absolutely a time and place for five-star luxury in my book, but I also have a deep love for boutique properties with character and charm. I believe great travel should feel seamless, inspiring, and reflective of each traveler’s unique interests, pace, and sense of adventure.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our recent trip to Aruba, and so much of that is thanks to our travel planner. Every detail of the trip was thoughtfully planned and executed flawlessly, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy every moment.
From accommodations to recommendations for dining and activities, everything was perfectly suited to our preferences. Aruba itself was incredible—beautiful beaches, crystal-clear water, fantastic food, and the warmest, friendliest people—but having such a seamless itinerary made the experience even better.
Our travel planner made the entire process easy and stress-free, was incredibly responsive, and anticipated things we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. Knowing everything was taken care of gave us total peace of mind before and during the trip.

Booking with Chiara (now our second booking) has been the easiest in every sense. Chiara has cut through all the noise that creates hesitancy when planning a trip. Our work schedules (and kid schedules) make it difficult to pull the trigger on travel, and Chiara removes all of those barriers. She presented us with guidance and a few options to choose from, and proceeded to make booking absolutely seamless, which carries through our entire trip. All four of us (my husband and I and our two kiddos) agree that our trip was our family vacation yet. Worried about pricing or using a travel agent? Don’t be! Chiara’s access levels the playing field, and booking everything on our own, would have been more expensive for sure. She truly takes care of everything and I cannot recommend enough

We would highly recommend Chiara as your travel advisor. She asked questions about what we liked to do and what we wanted from our trip to Italy. She made sure that our experience was exceptional! There wasn’t one detail missed! The travel app was amazing! Loved it!

I’m a planner by nature (and profession), so I’ve never felt the need to engage a Travel Advisor—but I had no idea what I was missing! Planning is one thing, but having someone who knows the tourism industry and how to truly curate a vacation is an entirely different level. All of that to say, we had an incredible experience working with Chiara. She truly took the time to get to know us and understand our travel preferences—from the style of hotels we enjoy, to the types of food we love, and even the balance of activity versus relaxation we were looking for. Every detail of our honeymoon was curated with such thoughtfulness, making the entire trip seamless and stress-free. The itinerary app she provided was a game changer—all of our plans, tickets, and confirmations were organized in one place, which made navigating each day effortless. Thanks to her expertise and attention to detail, we were able to just enjoy the trip without worrying about logistics. It was the perfect honeymoon, and we’re so grateful for her support in bringing it to life!
