Cheryl was amazing! Sent several options for hotel with pros, cons and price for each so I could decide what was best for my scheduled and preferences. She also sent a long list of things to do in Porto while I was there and I got to cross a lot off. She planned around things she knew I liked (bookstores, museums, food experiences) while adding in options that I might not usually do but she thought I might like! Cheryl is a fantastic planner and easy to work with! She is responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. She listened to what I wanted out of my trip and provided amazing recommendations for guiding my decision on accommodations that had great all-inclusive food, and was an oceanfront property that was safe and quiet. Cheryl tailored my trip exactly how I desired and provided must-try restaurants and experiences that made it easy to visit. She made the flight and hotel booking process seamless. She is a reliable planner and cared very much about making my first solo trip for my 30th birthday incredible. I would absolutely recommend Cheryl to friends and family. Cheryl is a phenomenal taste curator and travel magician. It felt like she had known me for years even though we'd never met prior to the trip. She tailored every part of my trip perfectly, with thoughtful on-point recommendations that matched my energy and interests. Her attention to detail is incredible. She saved me hours (if not days, let's be real) of research and decision fatigue, and I truly don't think I would've enjoyed this trip so effortlessly without her. She also secured perks I didn't even know to ask for: room upgrades, spa credits, welcome treats, the works. At every stop, I felt like a VIP. She truly elevated the entire experience and made it all feel natural. I've officially been spoiled, and (unlucky for her) I'm not planning another trip without her again.
