Chelsea was so easy and helpful to work with! I needed to book 15 rooms for an alumni weekend in Big Bear and Chelsea did her research to find the best options. In the end, our hotel was perfect and I plan to book the same hotel with Chelsea’s support again for next year’s ski trip. She is absolutely great!

Chelsea went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable, easy and extra special! She was very professional and took care of everything! The perks were wild as well, compete with hotel food and bar credits that made our stay extra special. She made it so that I could get an early checkin and late checkout and special notes from the Pendry staff and even a charcuterie board when I checked into my room! Also, an upgraded room with a view! My booking was ten times better because I went through Chelsea and I will continue to use her in all my coming vacations and travel! She was a pleasure to work with!

I recently booked a Girl’s Trip vacation through Chelsea Cook with Fora Travel, and while the resort itself left much to be desired, the service provided by Ms. Cook was truly exceptional. From the start, Ms. Cook was incredibly attentive, ensuring that all our preferences were noted and offering a wide range of options tailored to our needs. She went above and beyond to answer all our questions and provided detailed information that made the booking process smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort did not live up to expectations. While the staff was responsive, we spent most of our time at the front desk, trying to get fixes for the countless number of issues we were experiencing. Overall, it was far from the relaxing getaway we had hoped for. However, even in this situation, Ms. Cook remained responsive and supportive. Ms. Cook checked in with us during our stay, and when we expressed our concerns, she immediately took action, advocating on our behalf with the resort management. In the end, while Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort was a disappointment, the excellent service from Chelsea Cook with Fora Travel made a significant difference in our experience. Ms. Cook showed genuine care for our satisfaction, and her professionalism shined through. I highly recommend Ms. Cook for anyone planning a trip, as her dedication and customer service are truly top-notch. I will definitely be booking through her again in the future, though I’ll be more cautious about the resort!
