Alaska is an absolute must-see destination for nature lovers: breathtaking glaciers, snow-covered mountains, waterfalls, endless forests, and spectacular wildlife viewing. There are many opportunities for adventure and discovery, yet sailing through the fjords of the Inside Passage was one of the most peaceful and grounding travel experiences for me. This was my first solo cruise and my second time to Alaska. I had visited 15 years ago with my two children and their father. This was also my first cruise with Princess, the number one cruise line in Alaska, having been awarded that accolade 21 times.
