Booking our great Italian vacation with Chantel was so easy! Florence was the third city of our trip, and Chantel found us the loveliest hotels that were convenient to the city centers and train stations. Oltrarno Splendid was our favorite hotel, and it fit our personalities perfectly—a little bit fancy, a little bit chill, and a whole lot of style. Chantel’s recommendations for activities highlighted the best of each city, and she organized the details of the trip so clearly in a shared Google doc. Chantel took all of the stress of vacation planning off our plate, so all we had to do was show up and have fun. Plus, Chantel was able to upgrade several of our rooms and get early check-in, which was so helpful after a long flight.
