Working with Chanin was great. She was attentive and communicative when answering all our questions about lodging. She made booking for a large group easy. 10/10!

Chanin and her services was an absolute pleasure. I had a million things to plan and having her take the reigns and take this my plate was perfect. She listened to my complicated plans and needs and found the perfect place. She even checked in on me during my vacation and handled an issue I was having with the hotel! I ended up getting upgraded and free breakfast everyday! She was professional, easy to work with and so prompt! Not only do I highly recommend her but, I am using her again for my summer plans.

I had the opportunity for a quick, last minute ski trip to Mammoth and was looking for something easy and inexpensive. I used my travel advisor, Chanin Victor to find me a place and after a a short time she kindly suggested a couple of places, with El Rancho seeming like the best option. She was very helpful in finding me a reasonably priced motel in a crowded market given it was the peak of ski season. El Rancho was simple, but clean and was comfortable. I'd go back, and I'd use Chanin again!
