What really set Celeste apart was how far she went above and beyond. She made sure the resort was aware it was our honeymoon, which resulted in a beautiful room upgrade and special touches waiting for us upon arrival, including champagne, a room decoration, and a romantic dinner setup. She checked in with us before the trip to make sure we had everything we needed, was quick to respond to every question no matter how small, and even followed up during our trip just to make sure everything was going smoothly.
Her knowledge of Sandals Barbados specifically was outstanding — she recommended the best room category for the money, gave us tips on which restaurants to book in advance, and helped us understand exactly what was included so there were no surprises. She was patient, incredibly organized, and genuinely invested in making our trip special, not just booking it and moving on.
Thanks to Celeste, our honeymoon was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience with zero stress and every detail handled beautifully. We felt taken care of from the moment we booked until the moment we got home.
