Working at sea, I’ve had the privilege of exploring off-the-beaten-track places as if I’d moved there. Sometimes spending months at a time in new locations, I have been able to “live” all over the world! As much as I love adventure, my nose and tastebuds guide me and much of my travels revolve around food. My style is budget-friendly, with a treat thrown in every so often (spa days, a couple nights in that fancy hotel to end off on a high) and always good food and beautiful sunsets.
