My Story
Florida-based wife and mother of two with a passion for travel, from luxury escapes to unforgettable family adventures. A lifelong explorer, I’m dedicated to creating immersive experiences, savoring incredible dining and proving that travel can be extraordinary at any stage of life — no matter the budget.
My Travel Style
Luxury travel with a side of adventure and culture is my specialty — but more than that, I believe in making travel accessible and meaningful for all kinds of travelers, from indulgent escapes to unforgettable family adventures. I love diving into unique experiences but always balance them with relaxation and immersion. Whether it’s dog sledding followed by cocktails by the fire or exploring a city’s jazz scene while sipping the city's noted perfect martini, I seek experiences that blend excitement and indulgence. Unique and authentic dining experiences are a passion of mine, from savoring local delicacies at hidden gems to enjoying world-class cuisine.
Travel has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It shaped my childhood, from a homestay in China in middle school to family adventures across nearly 20 countries on five continents. Now, as a parent, I continue to make travel a core part of my family’s life, exploring the world with my husband and our young children. I believe travel should happen on your terms — whether that means a luxury escape or a well-planned adventure that fits your budget. There’s no need to wait until the kids are older — enjoy your life and build memories now! I help families and travelers craft unforgettable, seamless journeys that match their pace while embracing the best a destination has to offer.

Pleasant experience working with Catherine. She booked our stay at the JW Marriott with many perks. She listened to what our desires and needs were and made our vacation turn out better than we could ever imagine. Catherine will be booking all of our trips in the future.

Catherine exceeded all expectations! She was so friendly and easy to work with and provided invaluable insights about all aspects of my trip. I asked numerous questions, and she always gave timely and thoughtful responses. The benefits associated with booking through Fora added a tremendous amount of value to my trip, which translated to immediate—and tangible—savings. The energy and passion Catherine has for her work came through in every way! Will definitely book again with Catherine in future travel plans.

Catherine made everything so easy. She took care of the booking and was able to provide me with a lot of free perks like free parking and breakfast each day. She also had a charcuterie board waiting on arrival day and we were surprised to have a free room upgrade. I will definitely use Catherine in the future for all of my travel needs.

Enjoy Winter Wonderland in Quebec City
Quebec City had long been on my bucket list for its quintessential winter wonderland charm. If you’re anything like me, you probably have countless Pinterest boards filled with dream destinations — maybe even some dedicated specifically to travel inspiration (or is that just me?). For years, I had saved beautiful images of Quebec City, imagining the day I’d finally experience it in person.
So when we found an affordable flight, we knew we had to jump on the opportunity. Let me tell you — it did not disappoint! The city was everything I had hoped for, and now I’m already dreaming of a return trip with our family.
One of the things I loved most about Quebec City was its distinctly European feel but accessible access. I’ve always adored Europe, especially Paris and Rome, but with flights taking 7–8 hours, those trips aren’t always the easiest to plan or get to. What made Quebec City so appealing was that it offered a similar European charm, much closer to home, at 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Founded in 1608 by French explorer Samuel de Champlain, the city is rich in French heritage, and that influence is still alive today. Many locals speak both French and English (along with other languages), making it a culturally immersive yet accessible experience for American travelers. If you love the charm of France, but cannot make the trip to Europe, I highly recommend Quebec City!
