Cassie was very knowledgeable and quick to respond. She booked us exactly what we needed and had great follow through with info leading up to the trip. Was also a great liaison with locking in some of our specific needs for the trip with the hotel.

Our travel agent, Cassandra Michael, was great to work with as we planned our special 40th anniversary trip to the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. She listened to our desires and communicated such to the Fairmont staff. We would highly recommend Cassandra for future bookings!
