My travel advisor Casie Ozolin was the perfect partner for us since my daughter and I were first time cruisers on our trip. We had a lot of questions on how it all worked, what excursions we should book, how we should pack, and countless other detailed questions that would come up as the trip dates got closer and closer. Casie answered EVERY single question I had and did it with such thoughtfulness.....she never made me feel goofy or silly for asking so many of the basic first time cruiser questions I had. She would always go and research any questions she didn't know off-hand and always got back to me in a timely manner. I absolutely loved working with Casie and wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend her to anyone else needing a travel advisor for their upcoming trip planning!

Casie was incredible! As soon as I reached out to her she contacted the Inn and got everything booked for us. She even was able to get us an amazing room upgrade! We will definitely be booking with Casie again.
