Telling Dad jokes while hiking through the deepest gorge on Crete. Listening to a Napolese man belt out an operatic aria after dinner in the streets of Florence. A sunset lighting up the turquoise waters of Virgin Gorda. Travel affords us these moments. I put in the effort, create the scene and fate takes care of the rest.
