We had the most amazing stay at Canyon Ranch, and Carrie was a DELIGHT to work with. She made it so easy to find somewhere my mom, grandmother, and sister to go. She handled everything for us, which made the trip so easy and we just got to enjoy it once we were there. We even got an upgrade and a thoughtful gift and note when we got there. Highly recommend both Carrie and Canyon Ranch.

She was incredibly detail-oriented, communicated with us consistently throughout the trip, and truly went above and beyond to make every part of our experience special. Carrie’s attention to detail was superb! She booked tours, dinners, and plays for us. She could not have been more helpful! She even arranged a wheelchair for my 89-year-old mother so she could enjoy almost everything we did.

Carrie created an itinerary for us that met all of our expectations. Our hotel was beautiful, the excursions were fun and allowed us to experience the lifestyle of Ischia. From the vineyard tour, to the wine tasting and beachside lunch, everything was delightful! Our boat cruise around the island allowed us to experience more of the beautiful island with knowledgeable boat drivers. We will definitely use Carrie again! She took the time to learn what type of vacation we were looking for, and she created it!
