Travel Style
There is a beautiful intimacy between farmer and sheep or flowers or wine. Life is entwined. If we take the time to listen and hear and taste what lives at the heart of these places, we find a vast world to discover. A world of “terroir,” where every producer and product is individual, unique, and ever changing with the seasons. One can quietly discover the flavor of spring or fall, with the changing grains, flowers and herbs. To slow time, to appreciate a moment and to associate that moment with a flavor, a scent, a feel, a view and to share that moment with friends, new and old, rare and familiar. Carolyne was amazing! She helped us book our stay for 10 people including getting us set up with the hotel events staff for a beautiful oceanside wedding for my son and his new wife. I know the hotel upgraded our rooms because of her constant communication. She made sure we had rental cars at each stop. Anytime Carolyne books our vacations, everything goes so smoothly and this was no exception!

Carolyne is an excellent communicator! She listens patiently. Responds rapidly. Offered properties that matched what we were looking for. She didn’t waste our time sending us properties that were not worth looking at because they didn’t have the details we specified. We trust Carolyne implicitly. She’s got the knowledge, experience, excellent ability to listen, filter properties and flights that match up with what we needed. Would not go anywhere w/o going through Carolyne!

Carolyne had an uncanny ability to blend modern/upscale restaurants and experiences, with fun historical off-shoots. It was the perfect program for us. Carolyne is very passionate about travel and authenticity and it shows. There wasn’t one detail that we wished was different.
