Working with Caroline made my trip to Italy feel so much more thoughtful and supported. I am honestly so appreciative of Caroline’s help with our trip. We were so busy with Christmas and our little family that we desperately needed her help with the little details of our trip as well as the ins and outs. We had the same driver to and from the hotel, that spoke English and was so professional. She told us about the barcode that we needed for Japan. She was also able to miraculously get us a much coveted Pokemon room and book it the whole stay, something that we were unable to do over the phone. Her deliverable was so helpful. It had all of our flight information and itinerary for both legs of our trip as well as very thoughtful recommendations for chid friendly restaurants and activities. I will definitely be booking with her again.
