Caroline is such a delight to work with! She asked me a bit about my travel preferences and then prepared several recommendations for accommodations around that, highlighting various things about each hotel. She was so quick to respond and answered all of my questions so thoughtfully. She checked in with me just before my trip to ensure I had everything I needed and even made my check-in to the room itself such a thoughtful and personal experience. It was so nice to work with someone so knowledgeable about the area and who could tailor the recommendations with a vintage/atmospheric lean. Caroline will be the first and only person I call when I need a travel advisor!

Caroline got me in at the Breakers very last minute and very quickly. I was extremely happy with the hotel credit which I was able to put toward the room. Caroline always finds great historic hotels that are well priced.
