Caroline was very quick providing options and getting me in an area of town that worked for me.

Working with Caroline on this trip was wonderful. She used her expertise to find me a hotel that fit my needs to a T.

The trip was short notice and Caroline promptly got me a reservation.

The only guidance we gave Caroline for this trip was that we wanted to stay in a “cool hotel”. She certainly delivered as the Chelsea townhouse was the perfect hotel for a girls trip to see Taylor Swift. Caroline went above and beyond just helping me and also booked hotel rooms for others joining me on this trip, including two of my high school friends who surprised us and could only have pulled off that surprise with Caroline’s help. In addition to booking the hotel, Caroline also coordinated our travel arrangements to and from the concert which was extremely helpful. It is clear to me that Caroline has a great passion for travel and enjoys helping people book unforgettable experiences. I have and will continue to recommend her to friends, family, colleagues, and strangers. This trip would not have been the same without Caroline and could only have been better if she could’ve joined us.

Caroline did a great job finding us a hotel within our budget that met our needs for a work conference for the whole team.
