Caroline was so helpful with arranging the accommodations and requesting early check-in for us. She followed up with the hotel right before our stay to make sure everything was set. She is extremely responsive, and is knowledgeable about so many different places. I can’t wait to have her help us plan our next vacation!

Carolyn suggested the Corinthia as a top hotel pick for us, and handled the booking. What a terrific pick !! As if that weren't enough, she arranged for us to get a room upgrade, a sweet and lovely 35th Anniversary note handwritten from the GM, Champagne (Moet) and a lovely plate of sweets awaiting us in our room). On top of that they added $85 in free F&B credits, plus free in-room breakfast. We used every bit of it. Needless to say, Caroline is our go-to source for travel picks and arrangements...she's just The Best.

Carolyn turned us on to this fabulous and special property on the UK's Southwest Coast, literally right smack on both the bay, and the amazing Southwest Coast Trail. In 6 days of stay there, it became one of the most memorable vacation times of our lives. Carolyn made sure we got a great room (large balcony right over the water) and a great reception when we arrived. The other hotels in the North Devon region (and Cornwall as well) were predominantly B&B-style or older architectures not taking full advantage of the views (or both), so this was a signature find. She's The Best to work with !!

It was a pleasure working with Caroline to plan our family trip to the Sagamore. She selected the perfect room for our group and provided comprehensive information about the property. Her understanding of our preferences was exceptional. Definitely can’t wait to book our next trip with her soon!!
