Carolina is the BEST! She was totally responsive making our reservations and helped in recommendations for our trip including restaurants and made sure everything was taken care of when we arrived. The clubroom was especially great for our group which Carolina suggested. This was my first booking with Carolina and she is my new go-to for all of my future travels.
