El servicio de Carolina era exactamente lo que necesitaba, ya que por ser mi primera vez en Vegas, me sugirió varias opciones en base a lo que estaba buscando para compartir con mis amigas, fue siempre muy amable, clara y con repuestas inmediatas. Su recomendación fue acertada y estoy muy contenta de que la reserva y búsqueda hayan sido rápidas gracias a su ayuda. Sin duda la volvería a buscar para cualquier otro viaje!

Mi experiencia con Carolina Lorta fue excelente desde el primer contacto. Siempre estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades, se comunicó de manera clara y rápida, y nos hizo recomendaciones muy acertadas. El hotel que nos sugirió fue perfecto: limpio, cómodo y con excelente ubicación. 5 Stars – The Best Travel Experience!
I cannot recommend Carolina at Alor Travel Co enough! From the very beginning, she was professional, attentive, and truly listened to what we were looking for in our trip. She made the entire planning process so easy and stress-free. Every detail was taken care of from our hotel to our excursions. You can tell she really knows her stuff and genuinely cares about her clients.
What impressed me most was how personalized everything felt. Carolina curated our itinerary with such thoughtfulness, and even checked in while we were traveling to make sure everything was going smoothly. It honestly felt like traveling with a VIP concierge.
If you’re thinking about booking a trip, do yourself a favor and work with her. I will never plan a vacation without her again!
