Carly went above and beyond to plan our perfect Honeymoon in Bali! She picked incredible resorts and we felt special at each one with a personalized note from her, framed photo from our wedding, and welcome drinks/treats. From the hotels to the excursions and transfers, she planned every little detail and tailored the trip to be exactly what we wanted (and more!). Leading up to the trip, she provided us with every piece of information we needed to know prior to our departure and made sure we were taken care of by all of the staff at each property. When we arrived at the first hotel, we received a room upgrade as part of the benefits of booking with her! It was the best way to start off the trip. From our initial call, she had so much knowledge of the different areas and help guide us based on what we were looking for. It was so helpful to have someone who has not only been to the country, but visited the properties in person and done the different excursions we were interested in.
