Carly was the best! So easy to work with and had great recommendations based on the type of trip we described to her. Carly was the best travel agent I have ever worked with. She was organized and detailed while providing many options to meet our needs and requirements. The hotel she found was in a perfect location and very spacious for a European hotel. Carly was able to find competitive rates and a large breakfast buffet was included in our rate and we took advantage of that for our early morning departure! I highly recommend using Carly to help plan any and all trips.

Carly was amazing in helping us plan this trip! Her communication style is very clear and she is truly always reachable! We had requested a special spa room that apparently wasn’t bookable until 30 days prior to our stay. Carly went above and beyond going out of her way to make sure we had a reservation and then at the 30 day mark called to upgrade us to the spa room. Without her, I would not have known to do that! She knows all the tips and tricks. We weren’t sure exactly where we wanted to eat so we gave her a vague idea of what we like and timing and she booked everything for us. We were celebrating an anniversary and there was champagne upon our arrival to the hotel and acknowledgment of our celebration at every meal! We are traveling to the east coast this summer and will definitely be using Carly again!

I told Carly I wanted to go to the four seasons for a night and she did EVERYTHING. Called them for an early check in time, got me free breakfast AND $100 credit to spend at the hotel. She also got me upgraded from a regular city view room to an OCEANFRONT SUITE!!! She was so helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. There was a fruit basket and a note in our room when we got there and everything was perfect. I literally will not book another trip without Carly…why would I when I didn’t have to do anything and got all these amazing perks!!! We can’t thank you enough!
