I hired Carlos to completely plan and book a 9-day trip where I invited 8 other friends, and he did an exceptional job. The website he created with descriptions made it possible to invite a group with different travel plans and needs, I would not have had the dozens of hours otherwise to manage such a thing without making it a poor experience all around. The key were his recommendations for activities, along with pacing which he got perfect - our days felt wonderfully full while not being utterly exhausting. We enjoyed a multitude of really lovely experiences that I'm sure I never would have considered had I booked on my own - many places were beautiful, charming, yet laid-back, which I imagine comes from having someone familiar with the area and the language suggest and book places which would not be very popular among American tourists planning using the internet. Also, he gave multiple options for much of the dining and other activities, and handled the reservations and mostly importantly the reservation changes as our timing shifted, which really helped keep me in a vacation mindset to enjoy the trip. It was my first time using an agent for such an ambitious journey and I couldn't be happier with the result! If you really want to make the most of any travel almost anywhere, I strongly recommend using an agent like Carlos - it is well worth the cost.

Carlos booked our stay at the Carlton Cannes, which turned out to be a wonderful recommendation. He also arranged with the Hotel Concierge to make dinner reservations for us on each night of our stay, and each restaurant was delightful.
