Carleigh was amazing! She gave excellent tour recommendations, kept us on task for booking hotels/trains, offered good seasonal insight (i.e. giving time for train travel and that certain things might be closed) prior to the trip. During the trip she was so helpful, she checked in on our flight and changed our train ticket times when we were delayed... it was so easy to land and already have new train tickets in our email! I've already recommended her to friends and will definitely keep her in mind for future travel!

Carleigh was so helpful, responsive and knowledgeable! From day 1 helping us pick an anniversary trip location she heard what we wanted and set us up so well!! She went over all our options and we felt like barely had to lift a finger! Our trip felt extra luxurious and restful thanks to her!

Carleigh was SO helpful in booking our trip! Carleigh was able to give us several options for our staff, allowing us to determine what best fit our itinerary and budget. She was incredibly responsive throughout our booking process. Carleigh coordinated an upgraded room for us which was such a nice surprise!
