Carla was outstanding from beginning to end of our trip! Carla brought a meticulous attention to detail, clear concise and timely communication at all times. Her recommendations were attuned to our particular interests and full of generous tips for our stay. She listened well and gave generously of her time from the first introductory Zoom call to our last inquiry. Carla created opportunities for little perks in our room, she was there to help even through Europe's biggest blackout ever!!
