From the early planning stage, to the flights home, every detail was talked through and mapped out in our itinerary. It really took all the stress out of traveling to know where and when we had plans for the duration of the trip, including flight info, ground transportation, restaurants, activities, shopping, etc. We were met right at the baggage claim when we arrived in Honolulu by the car service Carl arranged. The hotels knew right away what we were celebrating, and had complimentary champagne on ice in our rooms. The Four Seasons also knew to upgrade us to a higher floor corner suite for booking with Carl! I would highly recommend Carl as a travel agent, he not only put together a detailed and thoughtful itinerary, but was in constant contact with the hotels to make sure we were taken care of. Carl planned a fantastic week for us aboard a power catamaran in the British Virgin Islands—everything was seamless from start to finish. What truly stood out, though, was his support when our return travel went sideways.
