I had a wonderful booking experience working with Carissa as my travel agent. From the very beginning, she was extremely thorough, attentive, and patient in understanding exactly what I was looking for, while also keeping my budget in mind.

She made sure the hotel selection was in a convenient location with walking access to restaurants, attractions, and activities around Barbados, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Carissa was also very helpful with transportation arrangements, connecting us with vendors and assisting us throughout the process.

One thing I truly appreciated was her attention to detail and communication with the hotel regarding our specific needs. Since my elderly mother was traveling with us and the hotel did not have elevators, Carissa made sure we were accommodated on a lower-level floor, which was greatly appreciated.

She also ensured we received all available discounts and kept us well informed throughout the planning process. From reminders and travel updates to making sure we had all necessary documents, Carissa stayed on top of everything. She even sent over the digital immigration paperwork the week of our trip, which made traveling much smoother and less stressful.

Overall, Carissa was professional, organized, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. I truly appreciate all of her support and would absolutely use her again for future trips. Highly recommended!
