My Jamaican heritage instilled in me a deep love for rich cultures, a passion that I carry with me as an avid globetrotter. Now calling South Florida home, my exploration continues, with a special focus on culinary discovery. I believe the soul of a destination is revealed through its food, and I delight in savoring local dishes to find the most authentic experiences. The words of Anthony Bourdain resonate deeply with my purpose: “Travel changes you... My travel style is a reflection of my life’s journey. Growing up in the Caribbean gave me an enduring love for warm, tropical beach destinations. Later, living and traveling throughout the Northeast, I discovered a passion for the distinct charms of both bustling cityscapes and peaceful natural retreats. On every adventure, I find that the best way to truly immerse myself is by exploring the local culture through its cuisine, believing that this is the key to understanding the heart of a place.
