This was my first time using the Fora platform. I engaged Caren after I had booked this reservation through work. She informed me that this was no issue and she could still help me by “taking over the reservation” and leveled up my stay. My minor skepticism turned into belief when I checked in alongside my business partner and I got the Fora perk rundown from my front desk attendant while he did not. The upgrades and credits covered food and beverage among other things. The welcome basket in my room was like having my own fruit stand. I won’t book another trip without Caren in the mix.

Having a friendly and engaged travel advisor, like Caren, really took the hassle out of my travel plans. She leveraged the Fora platform and made me feel like a VIP all along the way, saving me time, while providing me with special upgrades that I found to eclipse those offered by American Express.
