Caren was a pleasure to work with. Unlike most travel agents I have worked with in the past, Caren was extremely prompt in her responses to my questions and in providing information and an itinerary. She carefully suggested activities and tours based on our interests and needs. If a problem arose, she was right there to sort it out. We had a fantastic trip and appreciated her help very much. I would not hesitate to use her again or recommend her to a friend.

Because i booked with Caren, she was able to get us perks at the hotel, such as free parking, 2-free drinks per day, free breakfast each day, and a room upgrade. I’ll worjk with Caren on my future travel needs.
