Cara was a fabulous travel advisor who provided an exceptional level of service. Beyond just booking accommodations, she seamlessly coordinated all our transfers and activities. She curated a list of suggestions tailored specifically to our interests and preferred pace, ensuring we didn't miss a single 'must-see' highlight. Our trip was the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. She remained in contact during our trip to ensure we received updates which was reassuring when travelling internationally. Most impressively, Cara handled a last-minute pivot to Costa Rica with total ease, truly making the impossible possible. We couldn’t have done it without her!

Cara was really helpful in finding the hotel for us. Finding hotels in a large city can be really overwhelming! We let her know the areas we were interested in staying and other requirements like AC and a king sized bed, which can be hard to come by! Cara came back to us with a few options that fit the bill, making the process so much easier for us! She also suggested a few options for tours, even though we were planning the rest of the trip on our own, and we did select one of them, which was really nice! The Trip Plans app was also really helpful! Not only did Cara put all pertinent info and tickets for things she booked in the app, but she was also able to add things that we had booked ourselves, so we had our itinerary, tickets, etc. all in one spot! Highly recommend working with Cara!

The best part of our trip were the elements that involved working with Cara! She helped us pick out a great group activity with the families we were traveling with—something that I would not have thought to do but that ended up being a highlight (family buggy ride through the country). She also helped us get a great room at the hotel. The Fora platform is also very intuitive and easy to use. I look forward to working with Cara more on future trips!
